A pair of underachieving cops are sent back to a local high school to blend in and bring down a synthetic drug ring. Advance buzz says this is the year’s most pleasant surprise – It could easily have been a cookie-cutter comedy but doesn’t follow the obvious paths. The gags flow fast, sappy-chick-flick regular Channing Tatum turns out to be excellent at comedy and with Hill they have a genuine bromantic chemistry.
