Stevie Wonder winning Album of the Year once was not enough. After nabbing it for ‘Innervisions’ in 1974, he won a second time in 1975, for his 17th album ‘Fulfillingness’ First Finale.’

On this album, he continued with his one-man band style of writing, arranging, producing and playing most of the instruments on this 10-track LP.

But this time, Stevie brought on a group of backup singers that he called Wonderlove, which included the late singer Minnie Riperton. Her voice can be heard most noticeably on the track ‘Creepin.’ ‘Boogie on Reggae Woman’ was a No. 1 R&B hit and top 10 on the pop charts.

Overall, ‘Fufillingness’ First Finale’ continues where ‘Innervisions’ left off in its socially-conscious tunes balanced with records about love.
